‘Kuseladu’ Set: The Festival Mood

The entire atmosphere was brimming with enthusiasm. The occasion was the shooting of ‘Kuseladu’ in Ramoji Rao Film City, Hyderabad. The shooting witnessed a horde of stars including Superstar Rajinikanth, Nayantara, Mamta Mohandas, and Sneha. The environment of the shooting spot, according to an insider, was just like a festival. The entire set was turned out to be a place of celebration, informs the source.

The bilingual project being made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil has many leading stars acting in the film. Apart from the lead pairs (Rajini-Nayantara and Jagapathy Babu-Meena), Prabhu, Nizhalgal Ravi, and Vadivelu don important roles in the film. Pasupathy plays the role of Jagapathy Babu in Tamil version.

Banu, who looked after the make up for Rajini in ‘Sivaji’, is entrusted with the same responsibility in ‘Kuseladu’. So we can expect the slick and special look of Rajini in ‘Kuseladu’ too. The sources say that Nayantara, who sizzled with her sexy and stylish appearance in ‘Billa’, will repeat the same in ‘Kuseladu’ as well.

On the sidelights, Superstar was quite upset on the day when his friend and co-actor Raghuvaran died. He was not able to visit Raghuvaran’s house to pay the homage, as he was caught in a busy schedule.

The shooting will soon shift to the picturesque locales of Pollachi.

Mamata does a steamy number in ‘Homam’

God, it surely is getting real hot. The mercury levels are bound to shoot up when one gets to watch the number that Mamata Mohandas has done in ‘Homam’.

Though her stills in the film show her as a no-nonsense girl, she has done a sizzling number with co-star Jagapati Babu. Well, in one shot, she even prances around in sexy, lacy lingerie.

Unlike most other heroines these days, Mamata seems to have no qualms about showing off her body, because this one is bound to become one sensational song!

Ram Gopal Varma keeps his promise, to make ‘Gaali’

Ram Gopal Varma vowed never to make Telugu films following criticism over the making of Govinda Govinda. Then, when he was in Hyderabad for the press conference of ‘Sarkar 1′, he said he would soon make a Telugu film, though he did not specify exactly when.

Now, as per the tinsel ville grapevine, Jagapati Babu will be playing the lead role in Gaali being made by Varma in Telugu. Apparently, the film’s shooting would begin once Jagapati Babu’s Homam is wrapped up.

Since it was RGV who had given the role of his life time in ‘Gaayam’, Jagapati Babu is now returning the favour by acting in ‘Gaali’, post the debacle of Varma’s ‘Aag’.

Jagapati Babu Fans Celebrate His B’day

It is Jagapati Babu’s birthday today. Many of his fans gathered to wish their favourite star in the morning. On his part, Jagapati Babu spent some time with them and cut a cake amidst them.

He said he was very happy this year as he was successful as a producer and because his film ‘Swagatam’ in which he plays the lead has been well received by the audience.
