Some of the dialogues that are politically sensitive in Jalsa have been chopped up by Censor Board. The deleted scenes that are shown at the theatres indicate that dialogues like referring ‘high command’ the film has some really politically charged words.

Insiders say even the Mallikarjuna Rao’s (in the role of Home Minister) episode in the forest was forced to remove from the final version.

Even now, words like “Yuddham Lo Odinchandame Mukhyam. Champadam Kadu” are now seen in political perspective too.
